Notice
By paying for your membership, you automatically accept these Terms of Service. This document acts as a binding agreement between you and SSS Compliance Services Ltd (SSSCP), with acceptance of these terms assumed upon payment.
Applications begin with an initial registration of interest via contact form submission. SSSCP will then guide you through the membership process, but submission does not guarantee membership. A quote will be sent following the application, and an invoice will be issued once membership is confirmed.
SSSCP memberships renew automatically every 12 months. Members will be notified in advance, with fees charged to the payment method on file. To cancel, provide three months’ written notice to [email protected]. Failure to meet this deadline will result in renewal. Post-renewal cancellation will require payment for the full 12-month period.
All members must complete an annual AI-driven assessment under the SKEB framework. Key points include:
SSSCP promotes ongoing professional growth with personalised behavioural feedback . This cycle of reflection encourages continuous improvement and supports long-term mindset shifts towards safety and competency.
Companies receive access to a dashboard and all their employee members, as well as marketing and training products. Each company designates a “Super User” to manage access, with additional users as needed.
Individual members access the SSSCP app, which centralises all documents and provides renewal notifications (3, 2, and 1 month before due dates). The Profile Checker verifies member compliance with standards, and activation requires passing the mandatory assessment.
Details on company and individual membership levels (bronze, silver, gold, platinum) are available on the website, including specific benefits and pricing.
SSSCP offers exclusive platforms:
SSSCP conducts random checks on member-uploaded documents. If suspected forgery is detected, the document will be removed, and qualifications will need further verification. Members must sign a disclaimer affirming the authenticity of uploaded documents, and additional verification may be requested.
All SSSCP members are listed on the official register, accessible through the Profile Checker tool, allowing competency verification for duty holders. By accepting these terms, members consent to documentation reviews and timestamped reports for SKEB assessments.
The Messaging Centre provides renewal reminders and monthly reflections to individuals. For companies, it offers updates on legislation and resources for compliance. The Messaging Centre is a one-way communication tool.
SSSCP offers tutorial videos on the app and dashboard to help members navigate tools and resources, maximising membership benefits.
SSSCP reserves the right to reject membership applications. Company members set an initial employee quota for dashboard access, and additional employees require an upgrade. Employee memberships are non-transferable.
SSSCP reserves the right to reject applications. Individual members must maintain their own qualifications and ensure up-to-date information on the app. Membership is non-transferable between individuals.
Memberships renew automatically. Payment is processed based on the initial details provided. Failed payments will result in suspension until payment is received.
The SSSCP Passport belongs to the individual, regardless of employment status. If employment changes, the individual retains the passport, but a new membership plan is required. Fees are non-transferable and must be covered by the individual or new employer.
Pricing details for all packages are available on the website. Annual pricing reviews may result in fee adjustments with 3 months’ notice via the Messaging Centre. Members can cancel if they do not wish to continue at the new rate.
To qualify for Elite + status, companies must integrate SSSCP membership throughout their supply chain within an agreed timeframe. Failure to meet this commitment will result in status revocation. Evidence of compliance is required for Elite + status maintenance.
The SSSCP logo is a trademarked symbol of compliance and training competency, with usage restricted to authorised members. Approved uses include email signatures, marketing materials, work fleets, tenders, websites, and social media. Misuse, including altering the logo, is strictly prohibited and may result in membership suspension or legal action.
“Applications begin with an initial registration of interest via contact form submission. SSSCP will then guide you through the membership process, but submission does not guarantee membership. A quote will be sent following the application, and an invoice will be issued once membership is confirmed. Payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote. Once payment is received, login details for the software will be provided.”
